Move-In Fees
All applicants over the age of 18 will pay a $40 application fee. Once the application is approved, a $300 holding fee will be charged to the primary applicant’s method of payment. This is an automatic charge applied towards your move-in costs. Upon move-in, you may be responsible for paying a security deposit and an administrative fee.

To help you find the perfect home, we offer a host of different layouts to choose from. The cozy one-bedroom floor plans can encompass up to 815 square feet. Larger household sizes will love the two-bedroom apartments with up to 962 square feet. Among these you can find two bedroom homes that feature two bathrooms for extra convenience. Each of these units comes complete with a washer and dryer set, a European-style kitchen with breakfast bar, while also featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas range, and disposal. Our third-floor units also feature cathedral ceilings with half-round windows as an added detail. Besides covering such basic comforts, we include the gas for heating, cooking, and hot water in your rent, as a way to save you time and money.
