We have on-site maintenance. We are happy to take care of all of your maintenance needs!
Maintenance issues are handled in the order and urgency they are received in.
You are not required to be present for our service technicians to perform work in your apartment.
If you are locked out you are welcome to call emergency maintenance to let you in.
We do allow for decorations without incurring a penalty. We ask that you use wire nails when hanging pictures or decorations on the walls. We also allow you to paint the apartments, and we will supply you the paint to paint it back upon move-out!
Our property has an outdoor pool, clubhouse, and volleyball court!
Our pool and decks are available for use from Memorial Day Weekend and to Labor Day Weekend.
We have unassigned, free parking that is available to residents and we also have carports available for $25 per month.
In our apartments we have washers and dryers in-unit.
We do have pet friendly apartments and we allow cats and dogs.
Our one-time non-refundable pet fee is $150 and we have a monthly cost of $20 in pet rent and those fees will cover up to 2 pets.
We have weight restrictions for our pets and breed restrictions, please contact us for more information.
We do not have a pet park within our community, but there are walking trails as well as parks that allow pets very close to our community.
We have dishwashers, gas ranges, refrigerators, and washers and dryers in-unit.
We do not have furnished apartments, but we do have a furniture rental company that we refer our residents to.
We do not offer any furnished apartments, but we can refer you to CORT furniture rental. Any apartment could become furnished through CORT furniture rental.
We offer 6-15 month leases!
We do accept corporate leases!
Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to accept packages in our office.
We do not have a fitness center, but we are right down the road from Planet Fitness.
We have a 24-hour noise policy and we do allow for rentals of our community building!
Our tours are free, feel free to come by or make an appointment at any time!
We accept walk-ins and we take appointments.
Management is available during office hours.
Right on our website you can apply to any of our available apartments, and if you see a floorplan that you're interested in but none are currently available, you can apply to our waitlist.
Applications can be approved the same day in most cases.
On the day of move-in you will have the cost of the Security deposit, prorated rent, Administrative fee, and any additional fees such as, internet, cable, pet fee, pet rent.
Choosing an apartment can be a stressful task. At Canal Club Apartments we help take some of the stress out of choosing. We pay all the utilities except for your electric.
You can pay your rent online with a debt card, credit card, or by connecting a bank account to your resident services account. You can also pay rent by mailing a check to our home office or even a Walk In Payment System or 'WIPS' at Kroger or Walmart.

There are additional fees for Internet service, Dish Network and carports.
We do not require residents to have rental insurance.
We pay all the utilities except for your electric.
You can set up utilities by contacting the Lansing Board of Water & Light.
Bloom Broadband is the sole provider for internet on the property. They also offer a basic cable service or you can select Dish Network.
There currently are no referral bonuses.
You are welcome to have guests over. We ask that you continue to respect community guidelines and policies.
Prices are subject to change based on the length of lease. There are not any discounts offered for paying rent in advance.
You will need to pay a new deposit for transferring.
We do not allow any subleasing.
Currently if you are to break your lease you are responsible for a $750 early termination fee.
We do have bus stations nearby our community.
Our community is nearby the Lansing Mall and plenty of popular restaurants like Buffalo Wild Wings, Zaytoon's, and Longhorn Steakhouse. We are located near Horrock's Farm Market and we are just a drive away from Eastwood Towne Center or the Capital in Downtown Lansing.

Our community is located right off of Canal Rd., past Horrock's Farm Market.
